Jaygo’s line of Low Speed Mixers is
designed for medium to high viscosity
products where intensive mixing,
dispersing, and deaerating are required.
Products such as adhesives, sealants,
light caulks, pastes, and coatings are
typical. The mixer consist of a Low
Speed Agitator mounted in the center of
the mixing bowl with a mixing blade
designed to fit the diameter of the
bowl. Available mixing blade shapes are:
Turbine, Bow Tie, Anchor, Helix, as well
as other designs built to suit
customer’s requirements.
The mixers are available in various
sizes, with or without adjustable mix
bowl scrapers, and a hydraulic lift.

Design Highlights

Heavy Duty construction of base, hoist, upper head, and bearing housing.

Adjustable scraper blades can be provided to fit the interior contour of the mix bowl.

Standard models
are available from 1 to 500 gallons
working capacity, with specially
designed models up to and beyond 1000
gallons. Different combinations of
technical specifications can be
engineered to suit customer’s
requirements.
