Pick & Place Cartoning Machine PP3/CE The machine has an output up to 12 cases per minute depending on packaging format cartoning. The machine is suitable to place cans in a shifted pattern or in two layers into the cartons. With a fast change-over time it is a very cost effective machine for running small batches. The machine can handle round and rectangular cans.   Portal Palletisers PA2A/CE and PA4B/CE The Packland PA2A/CE and PA4B/CE are the solution to your palletizing when minimum floor space is available. The PA2A/CE is a two-axis row-by row palletiser. On the infeed conveyor rows can specially be prepared, for example by orientating hinges or separating and rotating cartons. The PA4B/CE is a four-axis palletiser and affords more flexibility in case of difficult pallet stacking patterns.     Wrap Around Packaging Machine MSH/0406 The MSH/0406 is an exceptionally fast and flexible cartoning machine for Wrap-Around cartons or trays. It has the unique feature that moving parts as well as the cable channels are mounted above the product level. The machine can handle round and rectangular cans and is optimized for handling small and high products. The machine has an output up to 15 cases per minute depending on packaging format .     Robot palletizer ABB IRB 640 The ABB IRB 640 is an exceptionally fast and powerful robot, optimized for palletizing. With world-class cycle times and 160kg/352lbs. handling capacity, this 4-axis machine has the best performance and efficiency for your palletizing. There is easy to use software available to generate or specify the desired palletizing patterns and software to translate this to the movements of the robot.
